Hinsley Land Company is located in the small farming and ranching community of Sadler, Texas and located near Lake Texoma. We are a small real estate brokerage firm that offers personalized service. Michael Hinsley, Owner and Broker, is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. Because we are not affiliated with any franchise real estate companies, we can offer customized agreements for buyers and sellers. We try to control the number of listings we offer so that we can extensively serve each buyer and seller. We help our buyers invest in real estate, and offer ideas to assist sellers in the development of their properties.


Michael Hinsley was raised in Sadler, Texas and attended S&S CISD. After graduating near the top of his class, he moved to Texas A&M where he received his Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Development and Economics. He acquired his Texas Real Estate license in 1999 while working in sales and marketing for Sherman Wire. He began investing in and developing real estate part-time while managing another steel and wire plant in the early 2000’s. Michael obtained his Masters Degree in Agriculture Education from Texas A&M-Commerce in 2005 before leaving the wire business. He moved on to work in real estate full-time, obtained his Broker’s license, and founded Hinsley Land Company, LLC in May of 2007. Michael, his wife Rachel, their two boys Max and Jack reside in Sadler near their family’s ranches.

Our family and friends are located in North Central Texas and Southern Oklahoma so we have access to local buyers and developers.
